In their Heineken Cup nationality of winner betting, Sky Bet have lengthened the odds of an Irish winner to 6/4 following the semi-final draw.
Defending champions Leinster will have to win twice in France if they are to retain their title and have been eased to 4/1 (from 100/30).
A French winner has been cut to 8/13 after Biarritz were given home-field advantage in their semi-final. The Pool Two winners’ last gasp try on Sunday secured a bonus point victory over Glasgow, which ensured them a home quarter-final tie.
Sky Bet’s rugby union betting spokesman Mike Triffitt said: “Munster and Leinster will be pleased to have secured home quarter-final ties. However, the semi-final draw has done them no favours as both face potential tough away ties on French soil.”
