After Tony Smith named a very strong looking 24-man squad for the upcoming Four Nations tournament, Sky Bet have reacted by slashing England’s odds in the 2009 Four Nations betting to 4/1 from 6/1.
Sky Bet’s rugby league betting expert Dave Sykes said: “It looks a good blend of youth and experience and on home soil we think England will go close to winning the tournament.
“Australia have been hit with a few late withdrawals from their original squad and New Zealand are looking to the future with a host of youngsters named in their 23.”
